ligt, will be exhibited from the tower; it will
show white from N. N. W. (being 2 cables
outside the llauxley point buoy; to N. 3 / 4 W.,
and red from N. 3 / 4 W. to N. by E. */2 E.
over the Bondicar bush shoal.
Also, that the llauxley point buoy will be
painted red.
Note. — When the upper light is lost
sight of, the line of llauxley point and Bon
dicar bush will be passed, and while in the
red light great caution is necessary in ap
proaching the shore.

Ferner wird die Hauxley Tonne roth ge
malt werden.
Bemerkung. Wenn das obere Feuer aus
Sicht kommt, ist die Linie Ilauxley point und
Bondicar bush passirt, wenn man sich in dem
Bereich des rothen Lichtes befindet, ist be
sondere Vorsicht bei Anuäherung an die Küste
erforderlich.

Vom 1. Januar 1871 wird der bisher von
dem niedrigen Leuchtthurm auf der Spitze
Spurn gezeigte rothe Lichtsector, vom hohen
Leuchtthurm aus und zwar in denselben Pei
lungen wie bisher gezeigt werden.

With reference to Notice to Mariners, No.
108, dated 14th October 1870, respecting the
establishment of two leading fixed white
lights on Great Castle head, to facilitate the
navigation of Milford Haven:
The Trinity House, London has given No
tice, that the lights are now exhibited.
The upper light, elevated 112 feet above
high water, is exhibited from a tower, and
the lower light, 76 feet above high water

Mit Bezug auf die Nachricht für Seefah
rer Nr. 310 pro 1870, betreffend die Errich
tung zweier festen, weissen Richtungsfeuer
auf Great Castle Head, zur Erleichterung der
Schißährt nach dein Milford Hafen, wird
bekannt gemacht, dass die Feuer jetzt brennen.
Das obere Feuer, 112' über Hochwasser,
befindet sich auf einem Thurm, das untere,
76' über Hochwasser, in einem Fenster der
W ärterwohnung.
