No. 76. dated lath August 1868, the Russian 
Government has given Notice, that the inner 
beacon, erected nearest to the white light at 
Poti. River Rion. will not be painted white, 
but red, and will be lighted at night by a 
red light. The outer beacon will be painted 
white. and lighted at night by a white light.
