4.3.2  Functionalities
In  order  to  provide  the  information  outlined  above,  the  following  functionalities  must  be  carried  out  as
part  of  this  task:
1.  Receipt  of  relative  object  data:
1.1  Identify  object
1.2  Determine  object  position
1.3  Determine  object  movement
2.  Receipt  of  absolute  object  data

4.3.3  Function
Since  the  functionalities  of  the  task  “Observing  the  current  traffic  situation”  are  of  the  “Data  recording”
type,  they  are  composed  of  the  following  elementary  individual  functions:
•  Record  input  data
•  Evaluate  data
•  Provide  information

Annex  7.4.3  contains  the  functionalities  identified  for  this  task  as  well  as  the  elementary  individual  functions ­
  with  their  input  and  output  data,  in  overview  form.
