4.2,2.2 Checking voyage plan 
The process of checking the voyage plan takes into account the three components “route”, Track” and 
“speed/time profile”. Accordingly, the data flow “correction information" is divided into three flows con 
taining these aspects. Although the check on these components is modelled in delimited processes, 
dependent factors should be considered, since the data for route, track and speed/time profile are es 
tablished on one another. As in the planning, therefore, care should also be taken during the check on 
the voyage plan to ensure consistency of the data used.
