The measurement set-up used during the preliminary tests in the laboratory is shown in Figure 
3-11. Two RF front-ends (L1 and L5) and one Nutag PicoDigitizer platform, programmed to run as 
the Recorder, have been connected together as shown in the block diagram in Figure 3-10. The 7- 
alement antenna array was placed on the roof of the building of the Institute KN, which allowed 
for a very good GPS and Galileo satellite visibility with almost no masking at low elevation angles.
