Demonstrator 2 is to be developed based on the miniaturized GALANT platform. Software 
for detecting interference in the L1 band with one or more multi-element antennas is to be 
developed. The demonstrator is to provide a graphical user interface (GUIl) for enabling the 
RFI-monitoring in the real time. The GUl is to be used on a portable device, such as a laptop 
ar tablet PC. The demonstrator 2 is to be installed on a ship and tested under realistic 
conditions. 
Demonstrator 3 is to be based on the miniaturized GALANT platform. The demonstrator 
should support the RFI detection in E1 and E5a bands and provide a GUI running on a 
oortable device for the real-time monitoring. The demonstrator 3 is to be installed on a ship 
and tested under realistic conditions. 
The development of a suitable user interface was explicitly defined as one of the main tasks of the 
oroject. The information presented in the GUI should allow a non-professional to easily assess the 
severity of the RFl-threat and identify proper countermeasures. 
The corresponding results for all three development steps are presented further in the chapters 
describing Demonstrators 1, 2 and 3.
