of the Lifeboat house N W \ N. 
South Barnard buoy S W of a mile. 
Inner Barnard buoy has been moved one 
cable \V S W. and now lies in 3^ fathoms at 
low water springs, with the following marks 
and bearings, viz.:— 
Lowestoft mill, its width westward of Kirk- 
ley high mill X N E \ E. 
The flagstaff on Covehitheness, just open 
northward of the Coast Guard house 
N N W \ W. 
South Barnard buoy N E by E \ E. easterly 
1 y 0 miles. 
The bearing of the Kessingland light has 
been altered so as to coniorm to the new 
position of the East Barnard buoy. 
Also, that Mariners are hereby cautioned 
that there is now no more than 13 feet water 
in the Pakefield Gatway at low water springs.
