Die Seeschifffahrt in Deutschland boomt. Mit ihrem weiten Umfeld spielt 
die maritime Wirtschaft volks- und regionalwirtschaftlich eine zentrale Rolle 
und leistet einen wesentlichen Beitrag zur Arbeitsplatzsicherung. Doch eine
