Die Eisbildung in den Küstenbereichen des nördlichen 
Dstseeraumes dauert an. 
Overview 
ice formation in the coastal areas of the northern 
’egion of the Baltic Sea continues. 
- First restrictions to navigation for the finnish 
harbours Tornio, Kemi and Oulu will be valid from 
December, 21°. 
- Die ersten Schifffahrtsbeschränkungen für die 
finnischen Häfen Tornio, Kemi und Oulu treten mit 
Wirkung vom 21. Dezember in Kraft. 
Südliche Ostsee 
Litauische Küste: Im Hafen Klaipeda dichte 
Eisbreiklümpchen treiben nordwestwärts, in der 
Zufahrt kommt offenes Wasser vor. 
Southern Baltic 
Lithuanian coast: In the harbour of Klaipeda close 
shuga is drifting northwestwards, in the entrance 
open water occurs. 
Rigaischer Meerbusen 
Estnische Küste: Im Moonsund kommt Neueis und 
Eisbildung vor. 
Finnischer Meerbusen 
Russische Küste: In den Häfen von St. Petersburg 
Jnd weiter westwärts bis zur Länge der Westspitze 
von Kotlin liegt zusammengeschobenes etwa 5 cm 
dickes Eis. Anschließend kommt im Fahrwasser bis 
zur Länge des Leuchtturms Tolbuchin dunkler Nilas 
und Eisbrei vor. - Die innere Vyborgbucht ist mit 
zusammengeschobenem dünnen Eis bedeckt. 
Außerhalb davon kommt bis zur Insel Vichrevoy 
dunkler Nilas und Neueis vor. 
Gulf of Riga 
Estonian Coast: In Moonsund there is new ice 
and ice formation. 
Gulf of Finland 
Russian Coast: In the harbours of St. Petersburg 
and farther westwards up to the longitude of western 
point of Koatlin there is compact about 5 cm thick ice. 
Farther out dark nilas and shuga occurs on the 
iairway up to the longitude of the lighthouse 
Tolbuchin. - The inner Vyborg Bay is covered with 
compact thin ice. Farther out up to the island 
Vichrevoy there is dark nilas and new ice. 
Bottensee 
Schwedische Küste: Auf dem Ängermanälv kommt 
1ördlich der Sandöbrücke dünnes ebenes Eis, 
südlich davon lockeres Neueis vor. 
Sea of Bothnia 
Swedish Coast: On the Ängermanälv there is 
north of the Sandö Bridge thin level ice, south of it 
open new ice.
