Finland 
Vessels bound for ports in the Gulf of Bothnia shall report to ICE INFO on VHF Channel 84 when passing the 
Svenska Björn lighthouse. 
Icebreaker: OTSO and SISU assist in the northern Bay of Bothnia, URHO works in the southern part. 
KUMMELLI assists In the northern Lake Saimaa. 
Russia 
The icebreaker campaign will be closed from April, 30” for all Russian ports. 
Icebreaker: In the ports Vyborg and Vysotsk vessels are assisted by icebreaker KAPITAN IZMAILOW. ERMAK 
s working in the port of Primorsk. On the fairway from the receiving buoy to the ice edge vessels are assisted by 
cebreaker KAPITAN SOROKIN. 
Sweden 
Vessels not suitable for winter navigation, river vessels and tugs with barge can not expect governmental 
cebreaker assistance. 
Vessels bound for ports subject to traffic restrictions in Gulf of Bothnia shall, when passing Svenska Björn 
(59° 33’N 20° 01’E), report to ICEINFO on VHF channel 84. 
Arrival report is to be made to ICEINFO, on VHF channel 16, when the ship is well moored, including ship’s 
ı1ame, ETD and next port of destination. 
Jeparture report is to be made to ICEINFO, on VHF channel 16, at least 6 hours before departure. 
Icebreaker: YMER and ALE assist in the Bay of Bothnia, FREJ in the Quark.
