Norway 
Navigation in Langärdsund is temporarily closed 
Russia 
The tow boat-barges are not assisted to St. Petersburg, Vyborg, Vysotsk and Ust-Luga. 
Icebreaker: Icebreakers IVAN KRUZENSTERN, SEMYAN DEZNEV and MOSKVA assist vessels in the port of 
St. Petersburg. In the ports Vyborg and Vysotsk vessels are assisted by icebreakers SANKT PETERSBURG 
and KAPITAN IZMAILOW. ERMAK is working in the port of Primorsk. KARU is assisting in the port Ust Luga. 
On the fairway from receiving buoy to ice edge vessels are assisting by icebreakers KAPITAN SOROKIN and 
MUDJUG. On the fairway from the receiving buoy to the island Gogland vessels are assisted by icebreaker 
TOR. The point of convoy formation is island Rodser. 
Sweden 
Transit traffic through western part of the Quark is prohibited. 
Transit traffic through Oregrundsgrepen and Kalmarsund is not advisable. 
Vessels not suitable for winter navigation, river vessels and tugs with barge can not expect governmental 
cebreaker assistance. 
Vessels bound for ports subject to traffic restrictions in Gulf of Bothnia shall, when passing Svenska Björn 
'59°33’N 20°01’E), report to ICEINFO on VHF channel 84. 
Arrival report is to be made to ICEINFO, on VHF channel 16, when the ship is well moored, including ship’s 
ıame, ETD and next port of destination. 
Departure report is to be made to ICEINFO, on VHF channel 16, at least 6 hours before departure. 
Icebreaker: FREJ and ATLE assist in the Bay of Bothnia. BALDER VIKING assists in the Quark. YMER and 
TOR VIKING assist in the southern Sea of Bothnia and in the Äland Sea. ALE and SCANDICA assist in Lake
