Übersicht 
Das Eis im N-lichen Ostseeraum treibt langsam E- 
wärts, außerhalb der finnischen Bottenvikküste 
kommt es zu leichten Eispressungen. 
Overview 
Ice in the northern region of the Baltic Sea is 
slowly drifting eastwards, there is some ice 
pressure off the Finnish coast in the Bay of 
Bothnia. 
North Sea 
Danish Coast: In the sheltered inshore waters 
there is still some ice in places. 
Skagerrak, Kattegat, Belts and Sound 
Danish Coast: In small harbours and sheltered 
and shallow coastal waters there is still some 
remaining ice. - Norwegian Coast: In some inner 
Sords along the coast there is open to very close 
10-30 cm thick ice and up to 50 cm thick fast ice. - 
Swedish Coast: In the archipelagos there is 10- 
30 cm thick rottening ice. 
Western and Southern Baltic 
Danish Coast: In small harbours and sheltered and 
shallow coastal waters there is up to 20 cm thick 
last ice. - German Coast: Mostly open water. On 
Ihe fairway between Stralsund and Palmer Ort as 
well as farther to Freesendorfer Haken there is very 
close and rafted thick ice, in places. In Kleinen Haff 
there are areas of close and very open rotten ice. - 
Lithuanian Coast: The Courland Lagoon is 
covered with 40-60 cm thick fast ice; which is 
Droken in the northern part. - Polish Coast: There 
is close 10-15 cm thick ice in the Stettin Lagoon. 
Very open ice is drifting on the fairway to Stettin. - 
Swedish Coast: At Karlskrona there is very open 
5-20 cm thick ice. 
Nordsee 
Dänische Küste: Stellenweise kommt in ge- 
schützten inneren Gewässern noch Eis vor. 
Skagerrak, Kattegat, Belte und Sund 
Dänische Küste: In kleineren Häfen und geschützt 
ijegenden sowie flachen Küstengewässern kommt 
ı1och Eis vor. - Norwegische Küste: In einigen 
nneren Fjorden entlang der Küste lockeres bis sehr 
dichtes 10-30 cm dickes Eis und bis zu 50 cm dickes 
Festeis. - Schwedische Küste: In den Schären 
kommt 10-30 cm dickes, morsch werdendes Eis vor. 
Westliche und Südliche Ostsee 
Dänische Küste: In kleineren Häfen und geschützt 
jegenden und flachen Küstengewässern liegt bis zu 
20 cm dickes Festeis. - Deutsche Küste: 
Jberwiegend offenes Wasser. Im Fahrwasser 
zwischen Stralsund und Palmer Ort und weiter bis 
Freesendorfer Haken tritt stellenweise sehr dichtes 
Jnd übereinandergeschobenes dickes Eis auf. Im 
Kleinen Haff kommen Bereiche mit dichtem oder 
sehr lockerem morschen Eis vor. - Litauische 
Küste: Das Kurische Haff ist mit 40-60 cm dickem 
Festeis bedeckt, das im Norden zerbrochen ist. - 
Polnische Küste: Im Stettiner Haff kommt dichtes 
10-15 cm dickes Eis vor. Im Fahrwasser nach Stettin 
treibt sehr lockeres Eis. - Schwedische Küste: Bei 
Herstellung und Vertrieb
