dünnen Eis vor. - Norwegische Küste: Im 
Fahrwasser nach Kristiansand und im Oslofjord 
kommt örtlich sehr lockeres, 5-15 cm dickes Eis vor. 
Im Hafen Oslo meist offenes Wasser. In vielen 
Fjorden entlang der Küste dichtes bis kompaktes 5- 
30 cm dickes Eis und bis zu 50 cm dickes Festeis. - 
Schwedische Küste: In den Schären und 
geschützten Buchten N-lich von Göteborg 20-45 cm 
dickes Festeis. An der Küste im Kattegat liegt 
Neueis. Im Öresund liegt an den Küsten Neueis. 
Westliche und Südliche Ostsee 
Dänische Küste: In den Häfen auf der Insel 
Bornholm kommt Neueis vor. - Deutsche Küste: In 
der Kieler Bucht treiben auf See Streifen mit 
‘ockerem Eis und Eisschlamm. Die innere 
Flensburger Fjorde ist mit 5-15 cm dickem Eis 
vedeckt, die Schlei mit 10-15 cm dickem Eis und bei 
Eckernfödre liegt lockeres 5-15cm dickes Eis. Im 
Fehmarnbelt kommt offenes Wasser vor, im 
Fehmarnsund liegt lockeres 10-30 cm dickes Eis. In 
der Lübecker Bucht größtenteils offenes Wasser, in 
Neustadt Hafen 10-30cm dickes sehr dichtes Eis. 
Zei Wismar lockeres bis dichtes 15-20 cm dickes 
Eis. Bei Rostocker auf der Unterwarnow sehr 
dichtes 15-30 cm dickes Eis, sonst offenes Wasser. 
20-35 cm dickes Festeis liegt in den inneren 
Boddengewässern und im Haff, sowie an den 
Küsten des Greifswalder Boddens. Im inneren 
Greifswalder Bodden überwiegend kompaktes 15-50 
cm dickes Eis, zum Eingang hin locker werdend,. Im 
W-Teil der Pommerschen Bucht treibt lockeres bis 
dichtes 10-20 cm dickes Eis, stellenweise kommt 
auch dickeres Eis wie auch offenes Wasser vor. - 
Litauische Küste: Meist eisfrei. Das Kurische Haff 
‚st mit 50-63 cm dickem Festeis bedeckt. - 
Polnische Küste: Im Stettiner Haff liegt 20-30 cm 
dickes Festeis, im Fahrwasser Szczecin -— 
Swinoujscie kommt dichtes, zerbrochenes 25-30 cm 
dickes Eis vor. Im Hafen Szeczecin dichtes und im 
Hafen Swinoujscie lockeres 15-30 cm dickes Eis. In 
der Danziger Bucht kommt offenes Wasser vor und 
im Hafen von Gdynia liegt lockeres 10-15cm dickes 
Eis. - Schwedische Küste: Bei Karlskrona liegt sehr 
dichtes 10-25 cm dickes Eis. 
Mittlere und Nördliche Ostsee 
Estnische Küste: Vor der Küste von Saaremaa und 
Hilumaa kommt lockeres bis dichtes 5-15 cm dickes 
Eis vor. - Lettische Küste: Im Hafen von Ventspils 
lockeres5-10cm dickes Eis, im Hafen von Liepaja 
legt sehr lockeres dünnes Eis. In den Fahrwassern 
kommt offenes Wasser vor. -Schwedische Küste: 
in den inneren Schären von Stockholm liegt 25- 
40cm dickes Festeis, im östlichen Teil liegt 15-30cm 
dickes Festeis. Entlang der Küste erstreckt sich 
zwischen Nykoping und Oskashamn ein schmales 
Gebiet mit dünnen kompakten Eis. Neueis findet 
man von 15 Sm südlich von Bogskar bis nach 
Västervik. bis Karlskrona liegt 15-40 cm dickes 
Montag, den 22.02.2010 
fairway to Kristiansand and in the Oslofjord there is 
very open 5-15 cm thick ice in places. In Oslo port 
there is mostly open water. In many fjords along 
the coast there is close to compact 5-30 cm thick 
ice and up to 50 cm thick fast ice. - Swedish 
Coast: In the archipelagos and sheltered bays 
there is north of Göteborg 20-45 cm fast ice. In the 
Kattegat there is new ice along the coast. In the 
Öresund there is new ice along the coast. 
Western and Southern Baltic 
Danish Coast: In the harbours of island Bornholm 
there is new ice. - German Coast: At sea in the 
Bight of Kiel some strips of open ice and slush are 
drifting. The inner fjord of Flensburg is covered with 
5-15 cm thick ice, the Schlei is covered with 20-25 
cm thick ice and at Eckernförde there is 5-15cm 
thick open ice. In the Fehmarnbelt there is open 
water , in the Fehmarnsund there is open 10-30 cm 
thick ice. In the Bay of Lübeck there is mostly open 
water, in Neustadt port very close 120-30cm thick 
ice. At Wismar there is open to close ice, 15-20 cm 
thick. At Rostock there is very close 10-30 cm thick 
ice on the Unterwarnow and else open water. 20- 
35 cm thick fast ice occurs in the Bodden waters 
and in the Haff as well as along the coast of the 
Greifswalder Bodden. In the inner Greifswalder 
Bodden there is mostly compact 15-50 cm thick 
ice, which is getting more open towards the 
entrance. In the western part of the Pomeranian 
Bight open to close 10-20 cm thick ice, with some 
areas of thicker ice and some areas with open 
water. - Lithuanian Coast: Mostly ice free. The 
Courland Lagoon is covered with 50-63 cm thick 
fast ice. - Polish Coast: In Szczecin Lagoon there 
is 20-30 cm thick fast ice; on the fairway Szczecin 
- SwinoujScie there is close broken 25-30 cm thick 
ice. In the port of Szczecin and in the port of 
SwinoujScie close 15-30 cm thick ice. In the 
Pomeranian Bight open 10-20 cm thick ice on the 
fairway. In the ports along the coast there is open 
water in places. In the Bight of Gdansk open water 
occurs and in the port of Gdynia there is 10-15cm 
thick open ice. - Swedish Coast: At Karlskrona 
there is very close 10-25 cm thick ice. 
Central and Northern Baltic 
Estonian Coast: Off the coast of Saaremaa and 
‘Hiiumaa open to close 5-15 cm thick ice occurs. - 
Latvian Coast: In the port of Ventspils there is 5- 
10cm thick open ice, in the port of Liepaja very 
open thin ice. On the fairways there is open water. 
- Swedish coast: In the inner archipelago of 
Stockholm there is 25-40cm thick fast ice, in the 
eastern parts there is 15-30cm thick fast ice. Close 
to the coast there is a narrow area of compact thin 
ice between Nykoping an Oskarshamn. to 
Karlskrona there is 15-40 cm thick fast ice. Close to 
the coast between Landsort and Oskarshamn there 
is compact thin ice. There is new ice from 15nm
