Übersicht 
Die Eislage im Ostseeraum hat sich über das 
Wochenende gestern nicht wesentlich verändert. 
Overview 
Ice conditions in the Baltic Sea region have not 
changed very much over the weekend. 
North Sea 
Danish Coast: In the Limfjord and near 
Ringkebing there is up to over 30 cm thick fast ice. 
German Coast: On the Kiel Canal there is very 
open to close 5-15 cm thick ice. On the river Elbe 
open to close ice, 10-30 cm thick, occurs between 
Hamburg and Stadersand, at Glückstadt there is 
thin open ice and from Brunsbüttel to Neuwerk 
there is 10-30cm thick, close to very open ice. In 
Cuxhaven port there is 10-15cm thick close ice. In 
the Northfrisian Wadden Sea there is from very 
open to open ice, but in harbours and sheltered 
regions there is also up to close and compact 5-30 
cm thick ice. 
Nordsee 
Dänische Küste: Im Limfjord und bei Ringkebing 
<ommt bis über 30cm dickes Festeis vor. - 
Deutsche Küste: Im MNord-Ostsee-Kanal sehr 
ockeres bis dichtes 5-15 cm dickes Eis. Auf der 
Elbe treibt lockeres bis dichtes 10-30 cm dickes Eis 
zwischen Hamburg und Stadersand, dann dünnes 
'ockeres Eis bei Glückstadt und weiter treibt ab 
Brunsbüttel bis nach Neuwerk 10-15 cm dickes 
dichtes bis sehr lockeres Eis. Im Hafen von 
Cuxhaven liegt 10-15cm dickes dichtes Eis. Im nord- 
friesischen Wattenmeer kommt sehr lockeres und 
ockeres Eis vor, in den Häfen und geschützten 
Bereichen liegt auch dichtes bis kompaktes 5-30 cm 
dickes Eis. 
Skagerrak und Kattegat 
Dänische Küste: In kleineren Häfen und geschützt 
jegenden und flachen Küstengewässern kommt 10- 
30 cm dickes Eis vor. An der Nordspitze Jütlands 
treibt sehr lockeres bis dichtes 5-15 cm dickes Eis 
Und Neueis. In den Belten und dem Sund kommt 
offenes Wasser vor, vor der Küste treibt Neueis und 
stellenweise lockeres 5-10 cm dickes Eis. - 
Norwegische Küste: Im _Fahrwasser nach 
Kristiansand und im Oslofjord kommt offenes 
Wasser vor. Außerhalb der Küste tritt stellenweise 
dichtes 5-15 cm dickes Eis, Eisbrei oder Eis- 
schlamm auf. Der Hafen von Oslo ist eisfrei. In 
vielen Fjorden entlang der Küste liegt dichtes bis 
Skagerrak and Kattegat 
Danish Coast: In small harbours and sheltered 
and shallow coastal waters there is 10-30 cm thick 
ice. At the northern tip of Jutland there is very open 
to close, 5-15 cm thick drift ice and new ice. In the 
Belts and the Sound there is open water, outside 
the coast new ice and open 5-10 cm thick ice is 
drifting. - Norwegian Coast: On the fairway to 
Kristiansand and in the Oslofjord there is open 
water. Off the coast close 5-15 cm thick ice, shuga 
and slush occurs. The port of Oslo is ice-free. In 
many fjords along the coast there is close to 
compact 5-30 cm thick ice and up to 50 cm thick 
fast ice. - Swedish Coast: in the archipelagos and
