Information of the Icebreaker Services 
Estonia 
Icebreaker: EVA-316 is assisting to Pärnu Bay, no service for tugs and barges. TARMO assists to Kunda Bay. 
Finland 
The Saimaa Canal will be closed for traffic on Sunday, the 24" January. 
Icebreaker: KONTIO and OTSO assist in the northern Bay of Bothnia and URHO in the central Bay of 
3othnia. FENNICA assists in the southern Bay of Bothnia. SISU assists in the central Gulf of Finland and 
J/OIMA in the eastern Gulf of Finland. 
Germany 
The southern Peenestrom and Kleines Haff are closed for navigation. Only daytime naviagtion is allowed to 
Stralsund. From tomorrow (23.01.2010) the northern approach to Stralsund will be closed for navigation. 
Icebreaker: OIlE, ARKONA and RANZOW are assisting in approaches to Stralsund, on the northern 
Peenestrom and in the Greifswalder Bodden. In the port of Hamburg the ice is being broken and ships are 
assisted if necessary.
