Übersicht 
In der N-lichen Bottenvik kommt es im Eisfeld zu 
Pressungen. Die offenen Bereichen des Finnischen 
Meerbusens sind mit Neueis bedeckt. 
Nordsee 
Niederländische Küste: Eisfrei. - Dänische Küste: 
In einigen Häfen und geschützten Gebieten kommt 
10-15 cm dickes, vereinzelt auch 30 cm dickes Eis 
vor. Im Ringkebing Fjord ist bei über 15 cm dicken 
Festeis die Schifffahrt eingestellt. - Deutsche 
Küste: Auf der Ems und Weser geringfügiges 
dünnes Eis oder Neueis. Auf der Elbe zwischen 
Ädamburg und Stadersand dichtes bis sehr dichtes 
Eis, 5-15 cm dick, stellenweise auch dicker; weiter 
außerhalb örtlich Neueis bis Brunsbüttel. In den 
kleinen Häfen und inneren Fahrwassern der 
1ordfriesischen Küste 5-10 cm dickes Eis, Eisbrei 
ınd Neueis, in einigen Häfen wie Tönning auch bis 
20 cm dickes kompaktes Trümmereis. Im 
Wattenmeer treibt stellenweise Neueis. 
Overview 
In the northern Bay of Bothnia there is pressure in 
the ice field. The open areas of the Gulf of Finland 
are covered with new ice. 
North Sea 
Dutch Coast: Ice-free. - Danish Coast: 10-15 cm 
'hick ice, in some places also 30 cm thick, is 
present in some harbours and sheltered regions. In 
'he Ringkebing fjord there is over 15 cm thick fast 
ice and navigation is temporarily closed. - German 
Coast: On the Ems and Weser there is some thin 
ice or new ice. On the Elbe between Hamburg and 
Stadersand there is close to very close 5-15 cm 
thick ice, thicker in places; farther out to 
Brunsbüttel partly new ice. In small harbours and 
sheltered inner waters of the Northfrisian coast 5- 
10 cm thick ice and new ice, in some harbours like 
Tönning also about 20 cm thick compact brash ice. 
In the Wadden sea there is off the coast drifting 
new ice in places. 
Skagerrak und Kattegat 
Dänische Küste: In kleineren Häfen und geschützt 
jegenden und flachen Küstengewässern kommt 10- 
20 cm dickes Eis vor. Etwas Neueis tritt auch im 
Seegebiet nördlich und südlich von Skagen auf. - 
Norwegische Küste: Im Mossesund und 
Drammensfjord liegt 15-50 cm dickes, sehr dichtes 
oder zusammengeschobenes Eis. In dem Bereich 
Tonsberg kommt 5-15 cm dickes Eis, im Vestfjorden 
st das Festeis 30-50 cm dick. In den Bereichen 
Sandefjord und Larvik offenes Wasser. Im Bereich 
Porsgrunn sehr lockeres bis lockeres Neueis. Im 
Skagerrak and Kattegat 
Danish Coast: In small harbours and sheltered 
and shallow coastal waters there is 10-20 cm thick 
ice. Some new ice occurs also in the sea area 
north and south of Skagen. - Norwegian Coast: In 
Mossesund and Drammensfjord there is very close 
or compact, 15-50 cm thick ice. In the Tansberg 
area there is open 5-15cm thick ice, in Vestfjorden 
‘here is 30-50 cm thick fast ice. In the Sandefjord 
and Larvik regions there is open water. In the 
»orsgrunn area there is open to very open new ice. 
In the Kragerg area there is mostly 15-30 cm thick
