Übersicht 
Die Eisbildung dauert in allen Bereichen der Ostsee, 
außer denen im äußersten Westen, an. In der 
Bottenvik haben sich im Norden weitere Rinnen 
aufgetan. 
Overview 
Ice formation in all regions of the Baltic Sea, except 
Ihe westernmost region, continues. In the Bay of 
Bothnia some further leads have opened in the 
north. 
Skagerrak, Kattegat und Beltsee 
Dänische Küste: In den kleinen Häfen und 
geschützten Buchten kommt dünnes Eis oder 
Neueis vor. - Norwegische Küste: In einigen 
geschützten Buchten kommt sehr lockeres dünnes 
Eis, im Mossesund offenes Wasser vor. Im Hafen 
von Oslo stellenweise 5-10 cm dickes dichtes Eis. 
im Drammensfjord liegt sehr dichtes bis kompaktes 
15-30 cm dickes Eis mit einer vorhandenen Rinne; 
Schifffahrt ist nur für Schiffe mit hoher Maschinen- 
eistung möglich. Im Larviksfjord treibt 5-10 cm 
dickes lockeres Eis. Im Bereich Kragerg kommt in 
Jomfrulandsrenna sehr dichtes 5-10 cm dickes 
Treibeis, im Skätoysund sehr dichtes 15-30 cm 
dickes Treibeis, im Langärsund 30-50 cm dickes 
Festeis vor. Im Kilsfjorden und im Hellefjorden 30-50 
cm dickes zusammengeschobenes oder sehr 
dichtes Treibeis; Schifffahrt verläuft in einer Rinne 
ohne Eisbrecherunterstützung. Im Bereich Arendal 
iegt im Tromgysund und Galtesund sehr dichtes 15- 
30 cm dickes Eis. - Schwedische Küste: In den ge- 
schützten Buchten und Häfen nördlich von Göteborg 
treibt lockeres dünnes Eis und Neueis. - Vänersee: 
An der Nordküste und in der Vänersborgsviken liegt 
10-25 cm dickes Festeis. Weiter außerhalb kommt 
an den Küsten Neueis und Neueisbildung vor. Auf 
See eisfrei.

bays there is thin ice or new ice. - Norwegian 
Coast: In some sheltered bays there is very open 
‘hin ice, in Mossesund open water. In Oslo Harbour 
‘here is close 5-10 cm thick ice in places. In 
Drammensfjorden there is very close to compact 
‘5-30 cm thick ice with a lead; navigation is 
possible only for high-powered vessels. In 
Larviksfjorden open 5-10 cm thick ice is drifting. In 
‘he Kragergo region there is very close 5-10 cm 
'hick drift ice in Jomfrulandsrenna, very close 15-30 
cm thick drift ice in Skäteysund, 30-50 cm thick fast 
ice in Langärsund. In Kilsfjorden and Hellefjorden 
‘here is very close or compact 30-50 cm thick drift 
ice; navigation proceeds in lead without the 
assistance of an icebreaker. In the Arendal region 
‚here is very close 15-30 cm thick ice in 
Tromoysund and Galtesund. - Swedish Coast: In 
the sheltered bays and harbours north of Göteborg 
‘hin ice and new ice is drifting. - Lake Vänern: At 
:he northern coast and in Vänersborgsviken there 
is 10-25 cm thick fast ice. Farther off there is new 
ice and new ice formation along the coasts. At sea 
ice free.
