Südliche Ostsee
Deutsche Küste: In den inneren Boddengewäs-
sern kommt Örtlich dünnes Randeis und
Schlammeis vor. In den Häfen Greifswald-Wieck
und Greifswald-Ladebow sowie in der Dänischen
Wiek liegt dünnes Randeis und treiben einzelne
dickere Eisschollen. Im Kleinen Haff dichtes bis
sehr dichtes, teilweise übereinandergeschobenes
10 cm dickes Eis. - Polnische Küste: Im Hafen
Swinoujscie offenes Wasser. Im Haff sehr lockeres
5-10 cm dickes Eis, im Fahrwasser Szczecin —
Swinoujscie offenes Wasser. Im Hafen Szezecin
kommt lockeres 5-10 cm dickes Eis vor.
Mittlere und Nördliche Ostsee
Lettische Küste: Eisfrei. - Russische Küste: In der
Zufahrt nach Kaliningrad liegt 10-15 cm dickes
Festeis, außerhalb davon etwas Treibeis. -
Schwedische Küste: In geschützten Buchten und
Schären kommt dünnes ebenes Eis oder Neueis
vor. Mälarsee: Mit 10-25 cm dickem Festeis oder
ebenem Eis bedeckt.
Rigaischer Meerbusen
Estnische Küste: In der Pärnu Bucht liegt bis zur
Linie Liusaare — Kap Suurna 15-25 cm dickes
Festeis. Außerhalb davon kommt bis zur Breite der
Insel Kihnu sehr dichtes 5-15 cm dickes Eis vor. Im
Moonsund in der Küstenzone 10-25 cm dickes
Festeis, außerhalb davon dichtes bis sehr dichtes 5-
15 cm dickes Treibeis. - Lettische Küste: Im Hafen
Riga und im Fahrwasser zwischen Riga und
irbenstraße kommt sehr lockeres Neueis vor, sonst
eisfrei.
Southern Baltic
German Coast: In the inner Bodden waters there is
thin ice and slush near the shore. In the harbours of
Greifswald-Wieck and Greifswald-Ladebow as well
as in the Dänische Wiek there is thin ice in marginal
areas and single thicker ice floes are drifting in
places. Kleines Haff is covered with close to very
Close, partly rafted 10 cm thick ice. - Polish Coast:
Open water in the harbour of Swinoujscie. In
Stettiner Haff there is very open 5-10 cm tick ice. On
the fairway Szczecin — Swinoujscie open water. In
the harbour of Szeczecin open 5-10 cm thick ice.
Central and Northern Baltic
Latvian Coast: Ice-free. - Russian Coast: In the
entrance to Kaliningrad there is 10-15 cm thick fast
ice, off the fast ice some drift ice is found. -
Swedish coast: In sheltered bays and
archipelagos there is thin level ice or new ice. Lake
Mälaren: Covered by 10-25 cm thick fast ice or
ievel ice.
Gulf of Riga
Estonian Coast: In the Pärnu Bay there is to the
'ine Liusaare - Cape Suurna 15-25 cm thick fast
ice. Farther out up to latitude of island Kihnu there
is very close 5-15 cm thick ice. In the coastal zone
of the Moonsund there is 10-25 cm thick fast ice,
Farther off close to very close 5-15 cm thick ice. -
Latvian Coast: In the port of Riga and on the
fairway between Riga and Irben Strait there is very
open new ice, else ice-free.
Finnischer Meerbusen
Die Eisgrenze verläuft etwa auf der Ust-Narva —
Insel Seskar — Insel Malyj -— Sommers — Merikari —
Viikari.
Estnische Küste: In der Kundabucht kommt in
Küstennähe Neueis vor. - Finnische Küste: In den
inneren Schären 5-20 cm dickes Festeis, außerhalb
davon liegt von Kotka und Hamina bis zur Linie
Viikari — Merikari sehr dichtes dünnes Eis. -
Russische Küste: In den Häfen von St. Petersburg
dichtes 15-25 cm dickes Eis. Weiter westwärts
kommt im Fahrwasser bis zur Länge von Kronstadt
20-35 cm dickes Festeis. Weiter bis zur Länge von
Tolbuchin treibt dichtes 15-30 cm dickes Eis und bis
zur Länge vom Kap Ustinskij kommt Neueis vor.
Anschließend liegt bis zur Länge vom Kap Kurgalskij
sehr dichtes 10-20 cm dickes Eis, dann bis zur
_änge Malyj Neueis. - Die Vyborgbucht ist mit 15-30
cm dickem Festeis bedeckt, außerhalb davon kommt
Dis zur Breite des Leuchtturms Nerva sehr dichtes
10-20 cm dickes Eis, dann bis Sommers Neueis
vor. - Im Berkezund liegt dichtes 5-15 cm dickes Eis,
in der Zufahrt kommt sehr dichtes 10-20 cm dickes
Eis vor. - In der Luga und der Corpora Bucht
zusammengeschobenes 5-10 cm dickes Eis an den
Küsten. außerhalb davon kommt Neueis vor.
Gulf of Finland
The ice edge runs along about the line Ust-Luga —
'sland Seskar — island Malyj — island Sommers —
Merikari — Viikari.
Estonian Coast: In the Bay of Kunda there is new
ice near to the coast. - Finnish Coast: In the inner
archipelago there is 5-20 cm thick fast ice, farther
off there is from Kotka and Hamina to the line
Viikari — Merikari very close thin ice.- Russian
Coast: In the harbours of St. Petersburg there is
close 15-25 cm thick ice. Farther westwards on the
‘airway there is 20-35 cm thick fast ice up to the
ongitude of Kronstadt. Farther out to the longitude of
ıighthouse Tolbuchin close 15-30 cm thick ice, then
‘o the longitude of Cape Ustinskij new ice occurs.
Tarther off to the longitude of Cape Kurgalskij there
is very close 10-20 cm thick ice, then to the longitude
of island Malyj new ice. - The Vyborg Bay is covered
with 15-30 cm thick fast ice, farther off to the latitude
of the lighthouse Nerva there is very close 10-20 cm
thick ice, then to Sommers new ice. - In the
Berkezund there is close 5-15 cm thick ice, in the
entrance very close 10-20 cm thick ice. - In the Luga
Bay and the Corpora Bay there is compact 5-10 cm
thick ice along the coasts, farther out new ice occurs.
