Fahrwasser ist eisfrei. Die Boddengewässer südlich
vom Darß und Zingst sind überwiegend mit 5-12 cm
dickem Eis bedeckt, auf dem viele Pfützen
vorhanden sind.
Südliche Ostsee
Deutsche Küste: In den inneren Boddengewässern
meist offenes Wasser. Im Hafen Stralsund kommt
dünnes Eis und Neueis, weiter nach Norden bis zum
Barhöft dünnes dichtes Eis vor. Vom Hafen
Stralsund bis Palmer Ort tritt im Strelasund dünnes
zerbrochenes Treibeis auf; Behinderungen für
Schiffe mit niedriger Maschinenleistung. Im
Greifswalder Bodden kommen im Hafen Greifswald-
Wieck geringe Eisreste vor, im Südosthälfte der
Dänischen Wiek liegt geschlossene etwa 6 cm dicke
Festeisdecke, sonst eisfrei. Im Hafen Wolgast und
in einigen geschützten Buchten des nördlichen
Peenestroms tritt dünnes Randeis und örtlich Neueis
auf. Auf dem südlichen Peenestrom liegt etwa 10 cm
dickes Festeis, und das Kleine Haff ist vollständig
mit 10-15 cm dickem Eis bedeckt; auf dem Eis
kommen stellenweise Pfützen vor. - Polnische
Küste: Im Stettiner Haff sehr dichtes etwa 15 cm
dickes Eis. Im Fahrwasser Szczecin — Swinoujscie
kommt sehr dichtes, teilweise übereinander-
geschobenes., bis zu 15 cm dickes Eis vor.
free. The Bodden waters south of Darß and Zingst
are mostly covered by 5-12 cm thick fast ice with
many puddles on the ice.
Southern Baltic
German Coast: In the inner Bodden waters there
is mostly open water. In the Stralsund harbour
there is thin ice and new ice, farther northwards to
Barhöft close thin ice occurs. From Stralsund to
Dalmer Ort there is in Strelasund broken thin ice;
low-powered vessels can be obstructed. In the
Greifswalder Bodden there are minor ice remnants
in the port Greifswald-Wieck and in the
southeastern part of the Dänische Wiek up to 6 cm
thick ice cover, else ice-free. In the harbour of
Wolgast and in the sheltered bays of the northern
Peenestrom there is some thin ice and partly new
ice. On the southern Peenestrom there is about 10
cm thick fast ice, and Kleines Haff is totally covered
with 10-15 cm thick ice; on the ice there are
puddles in places. - Polish Coast: In Stettiner Haff
there is very close about 15 cm thick ice. On the
‚airway Szczecin — Swinoujscie very close, partly
rafted, up to 15 cm thick ice occurs.
Mittlere und Nördliche Ostsee
Schwedische Küste: In einigen geschützten
Buchten und Schären kommt dünnes ebenes Eis
oder Neueis vor. Mälarsee: Im westlichen und
zentralen Teil liegt 5-20 cm dickes Festeis. Weiter
Östlich kommt in geschützten Buchten Neueis vor.
Central and Northern Baltic
Swedish coast: In some sheltered bays and
archipelagos there is thin level ice or new ice.
Lake Mälaren: In the western and central part
there is 5-20 cm thick fast ice. Farther eastward
there is new ice in sheltered bays.
Rigaischer Meerbusen
Estnische Küste: In der Pärnu Bucht liegt 12-15 cm
dickes Festeis. Im Moonsund kommt in der östlichen
Küstenzone 5-15 cm dickes Festeis, sonst sehr
lıockeres dünnes Treibeis vor. - Lettische Küste:
Eisfrei.
Gulf of Riga
Estonian Coast: In the Pärnu Bay there is 12-15
cm thick fast ice. In the eastern coastal zone of the
Moonsund there is 5-15 cm thick fast ice, else very
open thin ice is drifting. - Latvian Coast: Ice-free.
Finnischer Meerbusen
Estnische Küste: In der Kundabucht kommt dicht
an der Küste Pfannkucheneis vor. - Finnische
Küste: In den inneren Schären liegt dünnes Eis.
Saimaasee ist für die Schifffahrt geschlossen. -
Russische Küste: In den Häfen von St. Petersburg
<ommt dichtes 15-25 cm dickes Eis vor. Im
Fahrwasser weiter westwärts liegt erst bis zur Ost-
spitze der Insel Kotlin 15-30 cm dickes Festeis, dann
bis zur Länge des Leuchtturms Tolbuchin 15-30 cm
dickes sehr dichtes und dichtes zusammen-
hängendes Eis. Anschließend bis zur Länge des
_euchtturms Sepelevskij 10-20 cm dickes sehr
dichtes und übereinandergeschobenes Eis, dann bis
zur Länge 28°40' E dunkler Nilas und Neueis, - Die
Vyborgbucht ist mit 15-30 cm dickem Festeis
bedeckt, außerhalb davon Neueis. Im Berkezund, in
der Luga Bucht und in der Copora Bucht kommt
Neueis vor.
Gulf of Finland
Estonian Coast: In the Bay of Kunda there is
pancake ice close to the coast. - Finnish Coast:
There is thin ice in the inner archipelago. Lake
Saimaa is closed for navigation. - Russian Coast:
ın the harbours of St. Petersburg there is close 15-25
cm thick ice. Farther westwards on the fairway first
up to the eastern point of the island Kotlin there is 15-
30 cm thick fast ice, then up to the longitude of
lighthouse Tolbuchin 15-30 cm thick very close and
close consolidated ice. Farther out there is 10-20 cm
thick very close rafted ice to the longitude of the
lighthouse Sepelevskij, then to the longitude 28°40'
E dark nilas and new ice. - The Vyborg Bay is
covered with 15-30 cm thick fast ice, farther out new
ice. In the Berkezund, in the Luga Bay and in the
Copora Bay there is new ice.
