Übersicht 
Beim mäßigen bis teilweise strengen Frost dauert die 
Eisbildung im nördlichen Ostseeraum an. Auch In 
den geschützten und flachen Küstengewässern der 
südlichen und westlichen Ostsee bildete sich über 
Nacht Neueis. 
Skagerrak und Kattegat 
Schwedische Küste: Vänersee: An der Nordküste 
'ritt zwischen Karlstad und Kristinehamn bis zu 10 
cm dickes Festeis auf, sonst offenes Wasser. 
Westliche und Südliche Ostsee 
Deutsche Küste: In einigen kleineren Häfen und in 
den Boddengewässern der Küste Mecklenburg- 
Vorpommerns tritt Neueis auf. 
Mittlere und Nördliche Ostsee 
Lettische Küste: Im Hafen Liepaja Neueis und 
Neueisbildung. - Schwedische Küste: - Mälarsee: 
Jberwiegend offenes Wasser, örtlich Neueisbildung. 
Rigaischer Meerbusen 
Lettische Küste: Im Hafen Riga kommt Örtlich 
Neueis vor 
Finnischer Meerbusen 
Finnische Küste: - Saimaasee: Im N-Teil tritt 5-10 
2m dickes Eis, im S-Teil und im Kanal Neueis auf. - 
Russische Küste: In den Häfen von St. Petersburg 
kommen Eisbreiklümpchen und dunkler Nilas vor. 
Weiter westwärts bis zur Westspitze der Insel Kotlin 
ritt im Fahrwasser kompaktes 5-15 cm dickes, 
jeilweise übereinandergeschobenes Eis, dann bis 
Herstellung und Vertrieb

Overview 
At moderate to partly strong frost, ice formation in 
the northern region of the Baltic Sea continues. In 
the shallow and sheltered coastal waters of the 
southern and western Baltic new ice has form over 
night, too. 
Skagerrak and Kattegat 
Sweden: - Lake Vänern: On the northern coast 
between Karlstad and Kristinehamn there is up to 
10 cm thick fast ice, else open water. 
Western and Southern Baltic 
German Coast: In some small harbours and in the 
Bodden waters of the Mecklenburg-Vorpommern 
there is new ice. 
Central and Northern Baltic 
Latvian Coast: In the harbour of Liepaja new ice 
and new ice formation. - Swedish coast: - Lake 
Mälaren: Mositly open water, but new ice formation 
in places. 
Gulf of Riga 
Latvian Coast: In the harbour of Riga there is new 
ice in places. 
Gulf of Finland 
Finnish Coast: Lake Saimaa: In the northern part 
5-10 cm thick ice, in the southern part and in the 
Danal new ice occurs. - Russian Coast: In the 
narbours of St. Petersburg there is dark nilas and 
shuga. Farther out on the fairway there is up to the 
western point of island Kotlin compact 5-15 cm thick 
ice, partly rafted, then up to the longitude of
