Übersicht 
Das Eis in der Bottenvik treibt nordwärts, sonst 
naben sich die Eisverhältnisse im nördlichen 
Ostseeraum seit gestern nicht wesentlich geändert. 
Skagerrak und Kattegat 
Schwedische Küste: Vänersee: An der Nordküste 
'ritt zwischen Karlstad und Kristinehamn dünnes 
dichtes Eis auf. 
Rigaischer Meerbusen 
Estnische Küste: In der 
10-15 cm dickes Festeis. 
Pärnu Bucht liegt im Ostteil 
Finnischer Meerbusen 
Finnische Küste: In den östlichen inneren Schären 
dünnes Eis. Saimaasee: Im Nordteil tritt 15-20 cm 
dickes Eis, im südlichen Teil und im Kanal 10-15 cm 
dickes Eis auf. Russische Küste: In den Häfen von 
St. Petersburg liegt örtlich 10-15 cm dickes Eis. 
Weiter westwärts bis zur Länge von Kotlin tritt im 
-ahrwasser sehr dichtes 10-20 cm dickes, teilweise 
übereinandergeschobenes und hügelig aufgepress- 
'es Eis auf. Weiter westwärts bis zur Länge des 
Leuchtturms Tolbuchin kommt 10-15 cm dickes 
kompaktes Eis vor. - Im Berkezund kompaktes 5-10 
cm dickes Eis. - In der Vyborgbucht liegt 12-18 cm 
dickes Festeis, die Einfahrt ist eisfrei. 
Bottensee 
Finnische Küste: In den inneren Schären kommt 
örtlich dünnes Eis vor. Schwedische Küste: Der 
nördliche Ängermanälv ist mit 10-20 cm dickem 
Cesteis bedeckt.

Overview 
The ice in the Bay of Bothnia is drifting northwards. 
Otherwise, ice conditions in the northern region of 
the Baltic Sea have not changed very much since 
yesterday. 
Skagerrak and Kattegat 
Sweden: Lake Vänern: On the northern coast 
between Karlstad and Kristinehamn there is thin 
close ice. 
Gulf of Riga 
Estonian Coast: In the Pärnu Bay there is 10-15 
cm thick fast ice in the eastern part. 
Gulf of Finland 
Finnish Coast: In the eastern inner archipelagos 
there is thin ice. Lake Saimaa: In the northern part 
15-20 cm thick ice, in the southern part and in the 
anal 10-15 cm thick ice occurs. Russian Coast: In 
the harbours of St. Petersburg there is 10-15 cm thick 
‘ce, in places. Farther out on the fairway up to the 
'ongitude of Kotlin there is 10-20 cm thick very close, 
Dartly hummocked and rafted ice. Farther westwards 
up to the longitude of lighthouse Tolbuchin there is 
10-15 cm thick compact ice. - In Berkezund there is 
5-10 cm thick compact ice. - The Vyborg Bay is 
covered by 12-18 cm thick fast ice, the entrance is ice 
free. 
Sea of Bothnia 
Finnish Coast: In the inner archipelago there is 
thin ice in places. Swedish Coast: The northern 
Ängermanälv is covered with 10-20 cm thick fast 
Ce.
