Übersicht 
Die Eisgrenze im östlichen Finnischen Meerbusen 
hat sich nach Osten verlagert. Ansonsten haben sich 
die Eisverhältnisse im nördlichen Ostseeraum seit 
gestern nicht geändert. 
Finnischer Meerbusen 
Russische Küste: In den Häfen von St. Petersburg 
und im Fahrwasser weiter westwärts bis zur Länge 
der Ostseite von Kotlin kommt dunkler Nilas vor. - In 
der innersten Vyborgbucht tritt dunkler Nilas und 
Neueis auf. 
Bottensee 
Schwedische Küste: Auf der Ängermanälv kommt 
nördlich der Sandöbrücke Neueis vor 
Bottenvik 
In den nördlichsten Schären kommt zwischen Luleä 
und Oulu örtlich Neueis vor. 
Voraussichtliche Eisentwicklung 
In den nächsten Tagen bleibt es im nördlichen und 
nordöstlichen Ostseeraum kalt, so dass sich die 
Neueisbildung an den Küsten der nördlichen 
Bottenvik und des östlichen Finnischen Meerbusens 
fortsetzt.

Overview 
The ice in the easternmost part of the Gulf of 
-inland has retreated towards the east. Else ice 
conditions in the northern region of the Baltic Sea 
have not changed since yesterday. 
Gulf of Finland 
Russian Coast: In the harbours of St. Petersburg 
and farther westwards on the fairway up to the 
longitude of the eastern point of Kotlin there is dark 
ailas. - In the top of Vyborg Bay dark nilas and new 
ice occurs. 
Sea of Bothnia 
Swedish Coast: On the Ängermanälv north of the 
Sand6ö Bridge there is new ice. 
Bay of Bothnia 
In the northernmost archipelago between Luleä and 
Oulu there is new ice, in places. 
Expected Ice Development 
Cold air will prevail in the northern and easternmost 
region of the Baltic at least until the weekend. 
Therefore new ice will form along the coasts in the 
northern part of the Bay of Bothnia and in the 
eastern part of the Gulf of Finland.
