alterations in the characters of the Buoys 
have been commenced, anil, weather per 
mitting. will be completed forthwith. No 
further Notice will be issued. 
The Long nose Buoy will in future be 
black and white vertically striped. 
Elbow Buoy will in future be black aud 
white vertically striped, with cag°. 
Broadstair's Knoll will in future be 
black aud white cheq 4 . 
Gull will in future be black and white

North Bar will in future be black and 
white bands.
